STRIPE-QUOTE is a very simple quoting and invoicing spreadsheet program designed to assist you in pricing and invoicing parking lot striping and sealcoating jobs. Using it is very simple. You simply enter data that has been collected from the jobsite into the spreadsheet and it will calculate the price based upon set pricing for the different line items. Editing the spreadsheet with different line items and changing pricing is very simple.
The pricing data for the spreadsheet is already entered and is based on national averages. You can edit the line items up or down to match your market prices if you wish. This spreadsheet is much simpler than our Stripe-Calc program and does not price in as much detail. The advantage is that Stripe-Quote is made to price jobs, quote them and invoice them.
The spreadsheet is $19.99 and is available in a downloadable format. After you pay via paypal or a credit card you will be given a link where you can download the files via a zip file to your computer. Simply extract the zip file into a directory on your desktop and you are ready to run the program. The spreadsheet can be opened one of three ways. You can open the spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel which is part of Microsoft office. Also, you can open the spreadsheet using the included “spread32” program. Lastly, you can go to docs.google.com and use google’s free service to open the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet runs on all versions of Windows and on Macs with excel installed.
Our “marketing guide” is also included with the Stripe-Quote spreadsheet program. It will walk you through how to get jobs and even includes some sample letters and flyers to get you started.
